Vince McMahon Teases “Biggest Acquisition In SmackDown History”
Now that the first night of the Superstar Shake-up is in the books, the WWE Universe is left to wonder, ‘What happens on tomorrow’s SmackDown Live?’
With names like AJ Styles, The Usos, Ricochet and The Miz moving to Raw, who will the blue brand get to counteract the losses?
Well, according to WWE.com, Vince McMahon is set to announce the biggest acquisition in SmackDown Live Superstar Shake-up history. WWE.com wrote:
The first night of the Superstar Shake-up was thrilling, to say the least. Although SmackDown LIVE is saying goodbye to Superstars like AJ Styles, The Miz, Rey Mysterio and Naomi, there is still plenty of intrigue as to who will be joining Team Blue.
The mystery has been heightened by Mr. McMahon, who will be revealing the biggest acquisition in SmackDown LIVE history tonight. Who has the WWE Chairman secured for the blue brand?
Keep in mind, SmackDown has grabbed some massive stars in the past. From John Cena to Brock Lesnar, who on WWE’s roster is bigger than some of the other names already selected?
This will lead fans to speculate that either Vince will take a huge name, like Roman Reigns or Seth Rollins. Or, he’ll grab a “huge” superstar that is large in stature. That could be someone like Lars Sullivan, Braun Strowman or the return of someone like The Big Show.
With one more night left in the Superstar Shake-up, all eyes will be on SmackDown to see who gets picked. After that, fans will flock to WWE.com to see if the company makes any further announcements for names that are moved but not mentioned on WWE television.
Keep in mind, it has already been teased that Paige will debut a new tag team on the blue brand that many believe will be Kairi Sane and Iro Shirai.
