This streaming service is being advertised as “the very best way to enjoy all your favorite IMPACT content” and sounds very similar to what WWE has done with their network in recent years.
The new service is being called IMPACT+ and should allow fans both new and old to see what Impact is truly about. While the company has been around for over a decade and a half, it’s easy to lose track of all the twists and turns that have taken place with the NWA partnership, the TNA branding, Impact branding, Global Force Wrestling branding and beyond.
With this new service, fans of Impact’s current product and their old-school content that’s sure to attract the long-time fans of the company and attract new fans altogether. This is a big step forward for Impact who have made a conscious decision recently to capitalize on various forms of pop-culture and modern media platforms.
With this new streaming service, Impact Wrestling is also transitioning away from GWN with more details set to follow next week.
In a similar fashion to the WWE Network, IMPACT+ will also come with a 30-day free trial for new subscribers who are curious about what this new service is all about.
