Hulk Hogan Reacts to Ronda Rousey “Fake Fighting” Drama
We’ve been closely monitoring a story over the weekend that includes Ronda Rousey making statements about her love for WWE and “fake fighting” which caught some people off guard and upset a good chunk of the WWE roster and WWE Universe. Rousey followed the interview up, after learning about the fans reactions and double down on her comments.
Saying that those who are offended by her comments on WWE being fake have never been in a real fight and are disrespecting real fighters by being upset and putting WWE in the same category as something like UFC. She then tweeted a video of her beating on a Hulk Hogan Wrestling Buddy and referenced a 2011 tweet from WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan.
She wrote, “Goodnight #ROWDYONES and jabronie marks without a life that don’t know it a work when you work a work and work yourself into a shoot, marks”
When that same video of Rousey hitting the Hogan Buddy was uploaded onto Instagram, Hogan himself responded. He wrote, “Wow that’s how I need to wake up every morning instead of coffee, marks always work themselves into a shoot especially when they are in the ring, truer words have never been spoken, yo Travis love u guys. HH”
Hogan and Rousey had a bit more back-and-forth, Rousey calling him by the nickname she made up for him when she was a child.
It seems Hogan and Rousey are suggesting the world is being played by all of the comments Rousey is making and some people are starting to believe this is all a set-up for her to possibly return to WWE. Time will tell what’s really going on here or if Rousey is continuing to have fun with fans who don’t know what the heck is actually going on.
