Goldberg Coming to SmackDown Live

WWE has just announced that Goldberg will make his first-ever appearance on SmackDown Live this coming Tuesday.

The Undertaker was announced for Raw this Monday which immediately led to questions as to whether or not Goldberg might not be far behind. The answer to that question seems to be that fans won’t see him Monday or in the same ring as the Undertaker but on Tuesday, Goldberg will say his piece.

Goldberg vs. Undertaker is this June’s main event for the Super ShowDown in Saudia Arabia. June 8th, the two will meet for the first time in a match that is coming about 15 years too late but will straw the attention of the WWE Universe.

What will each say on the go-home flagship shows heading towards that pay-per-view?

What WWE Had to Say About Golberg’s Appearance

WWE.com writes:

The former Universal Champion hasn’t set foot in a WWE ring since the night after he battled Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 33. It does not go unnoticed that Goldberg is choosing to appear on SmackDown, the brand with which The Phenom has long been associated. What are Goldberg’s intentions and what will his rare appearance mean for his once-in-a-lifetime clash with The Deadman next Friday?

Find out on the final stop en route to Super ShowDown, days before the two legends collide in a contest that promises to be one of the top matches of the year. Don’t miss SmackDown LIVE, this Tuesday night at 8/7 C on USA Network.
