Ember Moon Thinks Her Wrestling Career May Be Done
Ember Moon made an appearance on Tuesday’s episode of WWE Backstage and during an emotional moment revealed that she’s not certain she’ll ever be able to wrestle again for WWE.
Moon talked about how she’s been a part of the WWE for 5 years and when looking back on her career, she fondly remembers some key moments. That’s when she shared news on her current torn Achilles injury. She explained:
“Realizing that I may have a career-ending injury. I’m coming back from the hardest injury. I might not have a chance to redeem myself of all the things I wanted to do and I wanted to do in my future. It’s so hard to look back and regret when I try to look forward.”
She regrets that she may not have a chance to become one of the greats in the business. Saying, “It’s so hard to look back…I’m trying to get on y’alls level. I’m going to prove to you guys that I’m worth redeeming those mistakes and those regrets. It’s just going to be awhile before I do so.”
Moon’s Career Over Too Early
If Moon’s concerns turn out to be realistic ones, she’s been ripped away from the industry too soon. She was really just starting to scratch the surface of what she might have been able to accomplish when she suffered her injury chasing Carmella during a segment involving the WWE 24/7 Title.
She seems to be happy getting involved in other aspects of the business so maybe she’ll have a career as an announcer or backstage personality.
