Cain Velasquez Goes Old School With WrestleMania 36 Predictions

Former UFC star and now WWE Superstar Cain Velasquez has posted his predictions for WrestleMania 36 online today. And, while we agree with a lot of his choices, what we loved most is how old school he went with his picks, writing them down on a pad of paper.

He writes, “I am so excited for WrestleMania 36. Too big for one night. Here are my picks. Who are yours?” He then posted a photo of his picks.

Drew Gulak versus Cesaro, he went with Gulak. He chose Natalya to go over Liv Morgan and Charlotte Flair to go over NXT Champion Rhea Ripley. (he didn’t say if Charllote would win the title or not).

Unfortunately, Velasquez doesn’t think Drew McIntyre will fulfill his dream as he’s got Brock Lesnar winning and he believes Becky Lynch will retain her Raw Women’s Championship.

As most fans seem to, Velasquez has The Fiend going over John Cena but he goes with an underdog in the SmackDown Women’s Championship Fatal-Five-Way Match when he chose Naomi.

He’s got the Undertaker going over AJ Styles in the Boneyard Match and he’s got Kevin Owens taking out Seth Rollins, the Monday Night Messiah. Finally, he’s going with the Street Profits, King Corbin and Randy Orton over Edge. For some reason, he didn’t pick a winner in the Aleister Black and Bobby Lashley match.
