Bray Wyatt’s new Firefly Fun House character has taken the WWE Universe by storm. And, if he continues to do things like send the Happy Father’s Day well-wishes to fans like he did Sunday, he may become one of the most beloved WWE Superstars of the current roster.
Wyatt took to Twitter on Sunday as his new alter ego The Fiend and sent a Happy Father’s Day to his fans. Dressed as his evil character, he standing beside Jojo and holding his recently-born child. It’s a classic photo that makes him completely loveable.
In the caption, Wyatt wrote, “Happy Fathers Day brethren. If you’re like me, you’d be lost without them.”
The beauty of the post is that it’s both completely out of character but also right in line with the current idea that Wyatt is struggling internally with who he is and controlling his inner demons. It’s classic Wyatt to send hidden meaning inside a simple social media post.
Wyatt to Show Up Monday
As we reported earlier this week, speculation is that Wyatt is scheduled to be on hand and in person for the first time at Monday’s RAW from the Staples Center in Los Angeles. This will mark a significant change from his videos that have become a favorite if he fan base.
We’ve been unable to confirm if he’ll simply be shooting another video or appearing live but he’s supposed to be in the building.
We here at Wrestling Writeups also wish everyone a Happy Father’s Day. I personally have two kids and like Wyatt, I’d be lost without them. That said, as far as I know, I don’t have an inner demon like The Fiend waiting to pop out of me at any given notice, nor am I trying to creep out a nation wide kids audience.
